Our History
Western Reserve Valuation was founded in 2012. After growing the firm from 2 co-founders to a team of nearly 10, Citizens Financial Group (NYSE: CFG) acquired the practice in 2017. The team spent seven terrific years under the Citizens umbrella. In 2024, the management team requires the practice and incorporates WR Valuation. In 2025, WRV partnered with valuation industry icon, Bharat Kanodia, to form WR Equipment.
Scope of Services
Clients range from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Our principals have over 100 years within the valuation industry serving clients' needs across industry verticals from transfers of equity for local family-owned business to international tax restructuring for multinational firms to asset based lending.
